Suppliers and Voucher Issuers

PashaCards may obtain certain digital vouchers from third-party suppliers, issuers, or distributors.

PashaCards may need to contact the supplier or voucher issuer to verify the status of a voucher or address an issue relating to it.

This does not mean that the supplier or issuer becomes a party to the purchase contract between the customer and PashaCards unless otherwise stated.

PashaCards remains the contracting party with the customer in relation to the digital product sold through PashaCards, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

12. Wholesale and Bundle Purchases

PashaCards may provide certain digital products or bundles to wholesale customers or eligible customers through designated links or access methods.

A bundle may contain a number of individual digital vouchers, and the number and value of the vouchers may vary according to what is stated on the product page and/or at the time of purchase.

After successful payment has been confirmed, the bundle may be provided to the customer in the form of a downloadable digital file containing the vouchers included in the bundle.

A download link may be made available on the confirmation page after successful payment, and the file or vouchers associated with the order may also subsequently be made available through My Account.

Making the file available for download constitutes digital delivery of the bundle, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.

Each voucher contained in the file constitutes a separate voucher that may be used in accordance with its own terms and the terms of the relevant issuer or platform.

The customer is responsible for keeping the voucher file confidential and must not share it with unauthorized persons.

Once the voucher file has been downloaded or made available for download, the customer may not copy, redistribute, or use the vouchers in a manner that violates the terms of the product or issuer or the authorization granted to the customer.

Generally, the value of part of a bundle cannot be refunded after any voucher forming part of the bundle has been used or redeemed, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a defect or non-conformity is established.

Wholesale and bundle purchases are subject to the applicable Refund & Return Policy.

13.
